Our Cadet Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with on-the-job/core training at Mogalakwena Complex. This Program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Learning and assisting with various process-related tasks, including:
• Maintenance
• Troubleshooting
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, under the guidance of experienced personnel

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science and English, (Mathematics Literacy will not be considered) or Equivalent
• Must have obtain a pass mark of 40% and above
